Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) in Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup. The starting pay ranges from $30.00 per hour for RBT and $26.00 per hour for BT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Paid training and mentorship are provided. You will deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings, document progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other settings.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teams, and families.
• Complete administrative and data documentation tasks.
