Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy across client settings in Tacoma, Auburn, and Puyallup, WA. The role includes implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teaching communication and daily living skills, and tracking session data.

Starting pay is $30.00 per hour for RBTs and $26.00 per hour for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress, document session data, and maintain quality; collaborate with BCBAs, families; participate in trainings.
