Job summary

Galliant is seeking devoted RBTs in Burleson, TX to provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a center-based setting. The company offers clear growth paths with structured performance and compensation reviews.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB, or a high school diploma with paid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 direct therapy to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Provide assent-based, child-centered care in a clinic setting.
• Record real-time data on a clinic tablet and draft daily progress notes.
