Job summary

Galliant in Corsicana, TX is seeking compassionate RBTs to join a center-based clinic delivering 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Starting pay ranges with certified RBTs and entry-level roles, plus a 100% paid RBT training program, a stable daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Mon–Fri), and a full benefits package.

We offer growth through semi-annual raises and mentorship from BCBA-Ds, with structured reviews and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a High School Diploma/GED with eagerness to learn.
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Track session data and draft daily progress notes.
