Job summary

Galliant is hiring Behavior Technicians in Burleson, TX to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. The role includes a fully paid RBT certification program and a daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Mon–Fri) with predictable hours and growth opportunities.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, with raises every 6 months based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), life and disability coverage, and a strong mentorship environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior behavioral health experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy to children.
• Record session data and write objective progress notes.
• Support growth through the fully paid RBT certification program.
