Job summary

Galliant’s Lincoln clinic is hiring for a 1-on-1 therapy role focused on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement individualized behavior plans and work in a supportive, center-based environment alongside BCBAs.

Certified RBTs earn 22–28 USD per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus, while uncertified staff receive 19–20 USD per hour with 100% paid RBT training. Training, growth reviews every 6 months, and a daytime schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED with a strong drive to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commute to Lincoln clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy using individual behavior plans.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety and engagement.
• Track and record session data and draft progress notes.
