Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or equivalent) with BACB eligibility.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in ABA therapy settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Maintain compassionate, assent-based care and support neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Record session data on a tablet and write clear daily progress notes.
