Job summary

Galliant is hiring high-energy team members to deliver compassionate, one-on-one therapy for children with ASD in a center-based environment in Amarillo, TX. We offer a clear path forward with a consistent schedule and opportunities for certification sponsorship.

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour for certified RBTs and $15.00 – $16.00 per hour for paid training status, with raises every six months and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a high school diploma with sponsored paid training.
• Background in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily clinic travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills.
• Provide assent-based care, prioritizing safety, comfort, and engagement in a clinic setting.
• Use a tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective progress notes.
