Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Training is provided; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certifications and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and document progress.
