Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No experience required; comprehensive training is provided. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while maintaining a safe environment.
