Job summary

Behavioral Bridges is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Salisbury, NC. The role focuses on helping clients develop life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting.

The position is part-time with a consistent daytime schedule (Mon–Fri), offering supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, competitive pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related fields is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
