Job summary

Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person support in Salisbury, NC. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, building communication, life and social skills with clients.

The position is part-time with a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday evenings; compensation is $21–$23 per hour, with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and data collection preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
