Job summary

Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with clients in Charlotte, NC. You will implement ABA-based intervention plans, collect session data, and track progress under supervision of a BCBA.

The role offers a part-time, in-person schedule with weekday daytime hours, competitive pay of $18–$25 per hour, and opportunities for ongoing supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
