Job summary

Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Salisbury, NC. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured, supportive setting.

This in-person role offers supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and growth opportunities within Finni Health.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing ABA and special education training and development
