Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in ABA therapy across multiple North Carolina locations. The role focuses on one-on-one sessions and implementing individualized skill-building plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
