Job summary

Alpaca Health in Texas is seeking dedicated RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares. You will collaborate with a BCBA mentor, follow individualized plans, and implement behavior strategies with real impact.

You’ll be one-on-one with children who have autism, collecting data, and adapting techniques as needed. A valid RBT certification or path to certification is required, with flexible schedules and support to grow toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a path to earning one.
• Pass a background check and have reliable availability.
• Genuine love for working with kids and patience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data under BCBA guidance.
• Build consistent relationships and stay on plan from the BCBA.
