Alpaca Health in Dallas, TX is seeking one-on-one RBTs to work in homes, schools, and communities. You will implement behavior strategies and collect data under a BCBA's guidance, helping children grow through consistent, individualized plans.

This in-person role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with a clear path toward BCBA certification and potential training reimbursement. Certification is encouraged, but not always required at apply time.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification or commitment to obtain one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and able to pass a background check

Aufgaben

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow plans from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow with BCBA mentorship
• Engage with families and coordinate schedules to meet client needs
