Job summary

Alpaca Health hires RBTs to work in person with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and community settings. You will follow a BCBA plan, implement strategies, collect data, and build trusted relationships with families.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening options. We offer mentorship from a BCBA, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and training reimbursement during hands-on learning for those pursuing certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or ability to earn one.
• Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and be physically active.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent, trusting relationships with clients and families.
