Lumino ABA in Brooksville, FL is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism and other developmental disorders in school and home settings.

We offer mentorship, flexible schedules, and top-tier hourly pay up to $26/hour based on experience and performance. In-person roles include training, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families to promote positive outcomes.

Competenze

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to punctuality.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
