Job summary

Lumino ABA in Brooksville, FL is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support ABA therapy in schools and homes. This role offers mentorship, flexible schedules, and competitive hourly pay up to $26/hour based on experience.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Brooksville

Duties

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders

• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA

• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions

• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.

• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes

• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed

• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records

• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting

• Active Medicaid Provider ID

• Reliable transportation

• Experience working with children

• High degree of professionalism and commitment to punctuality

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team

Nice-to-Haves:
