Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and work as part of our clinical team. No experience?

We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification. After certification, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support while making a meaningful difference. This role is part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the ABA field;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for improving lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain their RBT certification before providing services; training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as a core member of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
