Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data on treatment goals during sessions, implement behavior plans under supervision, and share progress updates with families to support durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
