Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings. You will provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, help children develop communication, social, and independence skills, and receive hands-on mentorship.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA therapy, collecting data, working with a supervising BCBA to implement plans, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred
• Passion for helping children and families

About the Role
