Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children at home. You will work under supervision to help build communication, social, and independence skills while gaining hands-on mentoring from experienced BCBAs.

The role involves direct therapy, data collection, and collaborating with a BCBA to implement behavior plans. Strong candidates will have an active RBT, a HS diploma, reliable transport, and flexibility for after-school hours or weekends.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma; coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role
