Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a BCBA supervisor.

You’ll collect data on progress, follow behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and updates; a passion for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
