Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data on goals, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time shifts; after-school and weekend hours preferred. Requires high school diploma and active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required to perform BT/RBT duties.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home-based sessions.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
