Job summary

Total Care ABA is a growing therapy provider delivering in-home and in-school ABA services for children across Georgia. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver direct 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, helping families achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and report client progress data.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
