River Spectrum ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home team in Humble, TX. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours and a competitive $25 per hour pay rate.

You will work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA-informed programs, collect session data, and support skill development while receiving supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certifications. HIPAA-compliant, compassionate care is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT Certification (Preferred).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA and special education.
