Job summary

River Spectrum ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Houston, TX. The role involves one-on-one support under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress to foster communication, life, and social skills.

Ideal candidates have or seek RBT certification, experience with data collection and ABA terminology, and familiarity with HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferred current RBT certification.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality knowledge required.
• Experience with behavior management and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
