Job summary

River Spectrum ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Houston, TX. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri 2:00 PM–4:00 PM) with opportunities for supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification and ongoing training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (Preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).

Pay: $25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
