Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred.
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.

Pay: $25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one‑on‑one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
