Job summary

River Spectrum ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, in-person sessions in Humble, TX. The role involves delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and supporting clients in developing daily living and communication skills.

The position offers a consistent daytime schedule (Mon–Fri), supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred.
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
