Job summary

River Spectrum ABA, a Finni Health company, is hiring an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Humble, TX. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, life skills, and independence.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and ongoing training, within a supportive team. Compensation is $25 per hour with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (Preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday; MWF 12:00 PM–6:00 PM, T/TH 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location: In-person – In-home, Humble, TX

Pay: $25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
