Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Siler City, NC to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll support children and families, recording progress and adapting interventions with BCBA guidance.

The role offers part-time flexibility and ongoing professional development, including travel to home and community sessions, as needed to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 2026 compliant 40-hour training acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate client progress records.
