Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, including support to obtain the RBT credential.

You’ll perform in-home or clinic-based sessions, implement behavior plans, and track data while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and communicating progress to families.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred, training provided if not yet certified
• Experience with children—ASD preferred and ability to commit to a steady weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Maintain accurate data collection and progress notes
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team; communicate with parents/caregivers
• Help with teaching materials and program books

Skills
