Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in Charlotte, NC. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

As an active RBT, you will collect data, implement behavior plans with a BCBA, and support families with progress updates. Flexible scheduling available, including full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
