Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services. You will work closely with a clinical team, implement individualized programs, and help families support their children with Autism.

We provide paid training to help eligible candidates obtain the RBT certification, with ongoing support after certification. Flexible scheduling and strong career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and earn RBT certification with company support.
• Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
