Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We provide paid training to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services.

You'll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions, collecting session data, and collaborating with a supportive team to ensure client progress and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion required to work in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
