Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in homes or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement individualized skill-building plans, and help families achieve meaningful goals with evidence-based interventions.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and an active RBT certification. Paid training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to drive lasting client outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
