Job summary

Heartland ABA is currently hiring a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. Training is provided to help you earn RBT certification before delivering services.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, offering paid training and opportunities for growth within a collaborative clinical team. You’ll collect session data and help families achieve meaningful progress alongside experienced staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support are provided to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
