Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes and community settings. We offer paid training to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services.

As part of our supportive clinical team, you will gain hands-on experience, flexible part-time opportunities, and ongoing guidance while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.
