Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking motivated individuals for part-time Registered Behavior Technician roles. Training and support are provided to help eligible candidates earn the RBT certification before starting services.

Positions involve delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, with flexible scheduling. We offer pathways for professional growth, opportunities for BCBA schooling partnerships, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to your success.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• Willingness to commit at least six months to changing clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
