Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect progress data in real time using clinical software.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a supportive, engaging session environment for the child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
