Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and collect real-time progress data.

You will collaborate with BC BAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion: Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
