Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism under supervision. The role involves implementing ABA-based, 1:1 instructional programs and collecting progress data alongside a supervising BCBA/Program Manager.

You will work on a full-time schedule at LOGAN locations with on-site support from BCBAs during shifts, and opportunities for professional growth and training. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement considerations.

Qualifications

• Able to implement 1:1 instructional programs per ABA plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support children with autism and families with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based 1:1 instruction per program plan.
• Participate in required ABA training and data collection.
• Observe and document client progress and behaviors.
• Assist with arrival/departure and daily documentation for billing.
