LOGAN Community Resources is a nonprofit providing ABA services in Michiana. The Behavior Technician role involves delivering 1:1 ABA interventions, under supervision, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

On-site support from BCBAs is available at each shift. We offer guaranteed full-time hours, smaller caseloads, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement ABA-based one-on-one interventions.
• Strong recordkeeping and daily documentation for billing.
• Ability to interact well with children and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implements 1:1 instructional and behavioral programs following the ABA plan.
• Observes and records child behavior and progress on goals.
• Provides 1:1 instructional and behavioral services as assigned by supervisor.
• Completes daily documentation for billing and related records.
• Participates in ABA training and program meetings.
• Maintains professional, respectful relationships with families and staff.
