Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician Level 1 to implement ABA protocols, support Trainees, BTs and RBTs, and assist BCBA in program updates. The role emphasizes direct client interaction, data collection, and collaboration with the therapy team.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree preference, RBT certification, and ASD experience, with opportunities to contribute to treatment planning and staff development in a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification required
• Strong knowledge/experience with ASD
• Experience running ABA programs (1 year required, 2 years preferred)
• Experience developing and conducting staff training

Responsibilities

• Implements 1:1 ABA intervention programs per BCBA plans
• Participates in training on ABA principles and data collection
• Observes and records child progress in goals
• Writes and updates ABA program materials with BCBA guidance
• Coordinates with BCBA and therapy team for program development
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct with families
