Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role offers flexible scheduling with the potential for full-time work as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one support, implement ABA treatment plans, and actively engage with clients. Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities are provided to ensure impactful support for families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
