Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA-based interventions under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA staff to support individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Ability to follow ABA programs under supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implements 1:1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs following ABA plans.
• Participates in training on ABA and data collection.
• Observes and records child’s behavior and progress.
• Provides assistance during arrival and departure of clients.
• Maintains accurate daily documentation for billing.
