LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals with autism and related needs. You’ll receive hands-on ABA training, work under supervision, and follow individualized behavior plans designed by BCBA staff.

We offer full-time hours, a competitive starting wage of $18.20 per hour with a clear path to $21.09 as you advance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, and strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement 1:1 instructional and behavioral plans as directed by supervisors.
• Experience documenting client progress and data.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs per ABA plan.
• Participate in required training on ABA principles and teaching techniques.
• Observe and record client progress toward goals.
• Assist with client arrival/departure and daily routines.
• Complete accurate daily service documentation for billing.
• Attend team meetings and parent meetings as assigned.
